- Blend all ingredients until smooth.Pour into a parchment-lined 6-inch (or deeper) springform pan.Place that pan inside a larger one with 1 inch of water.Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes.Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours before slicing.

The original recipe suggests a 6-inch springform pan, but I found the batter yield to be too much for that size. I recommend using a 9-inch springform pan or any deep baking dish that can hold at least 6–7 cups of batter.
