- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes, until softened and fragrant.

- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it browns, until no pink remains.
- Season the beef with a pinch of garlic salt, adobo seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to evenly coat the meat.
- Add fresh thyme, oregano, and basil, or dried herbs if fresh herbs are not available. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes to let the flavors bloom.

- Pour in the tomato sauce, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let the sauce simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve over your pasta of choice.
